Nikolia-Sotiria Kartalou

Nikolia Kartalou is an architect (TEE, ARB), researcher and educator based in Edinburgh, UK. She holds a PhD in Architecture and an MSc in Architectural Conservation from the University of Edinburgh and a Diploma in Architecture Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Alongside her architectural practice in Edinburgh, she is a Tutor at the Edinburgh School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture, University of Edinburgh, and an Associate Lecturer at the School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape, Newcastle University.

Since 2022, she is in charge of the Sissi architectural survey.
