Ekaterina Sevastakis

I am a PhD student at the University of Virginia, where I focus my research on early state formation, the development of social inequalities, and community interaction. I utilize zooarchaeology and statistical analysis as my major methodologies. I am currently beginning my dissertation work on the Early Minoan Period, but am interested in the greater Mediterranean region. I have worked in Cyprus previously, and will have worked at Sissi for past two summers
